Digital andon

Digital andon brings machine status, output counts, and help requests together into one screen instead of scattered indicator lights and paper logs. Plenty of plants only find out a station was down for twenty minutes after the shift ends and someone reviews the numbers, by which point the damage to OEE is already done. A connected system flags these micro-stoppages as they happen so a supervisor can step in immediately. Soft Designers designs this kind of infrastructure for manufacturers who want fewer blind spots and a running history they can use to fix the same problem before it repeats.
