Capacitance Level Transmitter for Industrial Level Measurement
How does a capacitance level transmitter measure material inside a tank? The instrument uses an active probe and reference electrode to form a capacitive arrangement. As the material level changes, its dielectric properties alter the capacitance between the electrodes. The transmitter detects this variation and interprets it as level. This technology can measure liquids, solids, and slurry substances and is used across chemical processing, food and beverage, pharmaceutical, and other industrial applications.
