Andon software

Andon software gives production teams a clear path from spotting a problem to escalating it and getting it fixed. When a machine goes down and the news travels by word of mouth, details get lost and downtime numbers grow, which cuts into margins. An escalation matrix sends the alert straight to the right technician along with the exact location of the fault. Once responses are quick and every event is logged, accountability builds on every shift, especially in high-volume plants. Soft Designers provides signaling software that helps floor teams respond to incidents and close them out sooner.
